84 Recruitment are a leader in Architecture Recruitment in Aoteroa. We are supporting an Architecutre studio- known for their design of beautiful contempoary buildings of all sizes- source a Registered/Senior Architect for their Nelson office. 

Now is a perfect time to join a design-led practice at a Senior level- based in the stunning and extraordinary region of Nelson Tasman – famous for sunshine, an outdoor mecca of activities, artisan food and proximity to Abel Tasman National Park.

• 2IC to studio Director with responisibility & support leading projects 
• Varied typology of projects- Small Resi/Renovation, High End Resi, Commerical, Education & Civic ($200k to $200m)

Desired Experience

• NZRAB Registration 
• Design Sense
• Large project design & delivery portfolio (operating at 8 year industry expeirence level) 
• Experience with Client Facing duties & Consultant Management 
• High level Software Skills- ideally ArchiCAD, BIM, Photoshop
