The Role: Environmental Engineering Manager
Location: Auckland or Hamilton
Salary: 180k+

Seeking people with the following:- Minimum of 12 years of Engineering Consulting experience in Environmental or Water sectors.
- proven track record of developing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
- Have experience in managing a small team of professionals.
- Motivational and empowering leadership and able to collaborate closely with the wider business and other service lines.
- Courageous in providing feedback and addressing issues.
About the Role:- Foster a supportive team environment for staff retention.
- Provide operational leadership for daily departmental needs.
- Maintain high standards of excellence and ethics.
- Manage complex projects and mentor team members.
- Participate in client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget
- Prepare and deliver expert witness evidence.
- Subject matter expert with technical proficiency.
- Wide knowledge of environmental engineering fields, contributing to strategic planning.
Qualifications:- Environmental Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Chartered is advantageous.
